PREGNANCY OUTCOME IN FEMALES WITH HIGH BODY MASS INDEX (BMI)

چکیده

Objective: To determine the various pregnancy outcomes in females with high pre BMI.
 Study Design: Descriptive case series.
 Setting: Sheikh Zayed Hospital, Rahim Yar Khan.
 Duration: 30-06-2016 to 31-12-2017.
 Methodology; In present study, pregnant age of gestation less than 12 weeks presenting their first ante natal visit falling range 20-40 years having BMI > 25 kg/m2 were included. Then these cases followed for whole look outcomes.
 Results; study there 150 subjects enrolled BMI. Mean participants was 28.41±4.67 year and mean 28.31±3.57 kg/m2. Regarding outcome most common one C section which seen 42 (28%) cases, by PIH 35 (23.34%) while remained uneventful only 21 (14%) cases.
 Conclusion: High leads complication, are almost 8 out 10 is section.
